• Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group.

2. Content Filtering

Certain categories of sites and search terms are blocked at the client level — including adult content and illicit-drug-related queries. Attempting to circumvent these filters is itself a violation of these Terms and may result in an IP blacklist.

3. No Warranty

Nocturne is provided "as is" with no warranty of uptime, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose. The operator may terminate, modify, or suspend the service at any time without notice.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through Nocturne. The operator is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or from your access to any third-party site via the proxy.

5. Changes

These Terms may be updated without notice. Continued use of Nocturne after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
